Our continuous understanding of educational institution operational processes and dedicated consultation with educational administrators, department heads, faculty members, administrative staff, students and rigorous research and development brought the launch of Enterprise Resource Management & Support in Educational Institutions - (ERMSEI) project.
Welcome to our comprehensive and effective integrated ERP system, that efficiently simplifies even the seemingly most arduous financial and administrative processes, in running educational institutions. Our ERP is capable of undertaking many daily transactions while providing real-time operational visibility across departments and multiple sites.
This project will replace current manual financial and administrative processes in your educational institution with computerized processes through implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Process Improvement. ERMSEI will be localised in each institutions to help improve internal organisational financial and administrative processes.
ERMSEI projects include all the financial and administrative applications of Prized-LynxERP , Admission System, Examination & Record System (ERIS) and Organisation Process Framework.
We have already deployed and implemented ERMSEI project in these three (3) of Nigerians federal educational institutions:
i. Federal University, Otuoke, Bayelsa State, (since 2012);
ii. Federal College of Education, Eha-Amufu, Enugu State, (since 2011); and
iii. Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku Rivers State, (since 2006).
If implemented, ERMSEI project will change the balance of 'non-academic to academic staff ratio' within 5 years of implementation and more money would be available to educational institutions for research without significant increase in current overall budget.
